I usually abstain from food posts; it is just a matter of preference. It might be because of the lack of technique, but I think this is marginally better than the half-baked shots (under coffeeshop lighting) you see on Facebook. Gee, they take pictures of half eaten hokkien mee and whatsoever.
Some camera shake here, that wasn’t that evident on the digicam. Normally you would find these in bubble tea; these little things are chewy and that is about it. Not that I abhor it of course, as I find that it adds a little texture to the accompanying medium (in this case, a delectable bowl of soy-curd).
