Common Jumping Spider, potted plant

I guess there is this positive correlation between the number of days left to a paper, and the amount of hours invested per day. I’ve been putting in less hours each day; I’m not too sure if I am adequately prepared at all.

I took some time off this morning and visited this common JS who has taken up residence in my neighbor’s potted plant. Lighting is as usual, harsh. Then again I probably wouldn’t be able to probe into confined areas with a professional set-up.

Flash obscured by a leaf, gives it the ‘stuff of nightmares’ look. I can only imagine what it must be like for its prey.

And a parting shot.
