Moments before the blue hour.
I set out at the start of the day knowing this was what I had wanted to do at the end. The skies were good, but not brilliant. So the dynamic range could have been better, but nothing major to complain about. We get clear skies like 10% of the year! The rest is usually draped in dull grey.
Vast expanses of the sky are not a must; it’s all good if you have interesting foregrounds.
Lines that cut into your photo work.
Accidentally overexposed. Popular spot for wedding photos.
I know, same spot for ages. I was actually waiting for the sun to set to obtain the smoothed water effect since I don’t have a neutral density filter (on top of the graduated ones I was using).
Lastly, the CBD business district with the million dollar view.
